What is Makhana and how is it grown? ▼
Makhana (Fox Nut / Lotus Seeds) is harvested from the Euryale ferox plant grown in the shallow ponds and wetlands of Mithila, Bihar. Bihar produces over 90% of the world's Makhana. Our Makhana is hand-harvested, naturally dried in the sun, and never chemically processed.
What makes your A2 Bilona Ghee different from regular ghee? ▼
Our A2 Bilona Ghee is made only from the milk of indigenous Sahiwal and Gir cows — never crossbred varieties. The milk is first cultured into curd, then hand-churned using the traditional wooden bilona method.
Is your honey raw and unprocessed? ▼
